Ad moderation
Ad moderation on MGRAM: what is checked, up to 24 hours, common rejection reasons and what to do if your post is rejected.
Before the first display, every new post is reviewed by MGRAM moderators. This protects bot users from scams and advertisers from appearing next to prohibited ads.
What is checked
- Content and links — compliance with the placement rules and Telegram's rules.
- Casino and 18+ marks. Ads for casinos, bets, betting, and 18+ content are placed only with the matching mark and only in bots whose owners allowed such ads.
- Post language. Posts in Ukrainian are marked automatically: some bot owners don't accept such ads.
- Topic — so the ad reaches a matching audience.
Timing
- Review takes up to 24 hours, usually faster.
- You get a notification in the bot.
- If the review takes long, 12 hours after submission you can tap “Resubmit” in the editor.
While the post is in moderation
- Only the post title can be changed.
- The order with the post waits for the decision. For broadcasts the money is already reserved and comes back if the post is rejected.
After approval
- The post gets the “No moderation” status: all future orders with it start without review.
- A broadcast starts in the chosen slot; Reply Ads, subscribers, and launches can be started in the order card.
- If you edit an approved post, it goes to moderation again.
Moderation by the bot owner
Some bot owners review ads for their own bot. They have 15 minutes to decide. If the owner rejects the order or doesn't respond, MGRAM picks other suitable bots instead, and refunds what couldn't be sent.
If your post is rejected
- Open the notification — it states the reason.
- Fix the post: remove prohibited content, add the required mark, rewrite misleading promises.
- Resubmit the post.
Money reserved for orders with a rejected post is returned to your balance automatically.
Common rejection reasons
- A prohibited topic, or casino and 18+ without the mark.
- Scams, phishing, requests for codes, passwords, or keys.
- Promises of guaranteed income, “doubling money”, and other misleading wording.
- The post doesn't match the order's topic.
- Unclear or sloppy design.
