Order paused
Why a subscriber or launch order stopped and how to resume it.
A subscriber or launch order can stop by itself. The bot shows the reason in the order card and sends a notification.
Reasons and what to do
| What happened | What to do |
|---|---|
| Moderation is complete — the order waits for start | Open the order and tap “Start” |
| The balance ran out | Top up and tap “Start” |
| The limit is reached | Increase the limit in “Manage order limits” and start again |
| MGRAM is no longer a channel or chat admin | Give @mgram_robot admin rights with user invites again and tap “Check rights” |
| The bot for launches is unavailable or its token changed | Send a new token for the same bot or tap “Check bot” |
| You tapped “Stop” | Tap “Start” when you're ready |
After a top-up the order doesn't start by itself — resuming is always your call. The bot reminds you: “The balance is topped up. Start the order”.
Cancelling the order
In the order card tap “Cancel order”. New subscriptions and launches stop, and the unused remainder returns to your balance.
How to avoid stops
- Keep a few days' worth of the order's spending on your balance.
- Don't remove @mgram_robot from the channel admins while the order runs.
- If you don't want the order to run until the balance is empty, set a limit.
