Profile, language, and currency

Your MGRAM account is tied to your Telegram — no separate login or password. Everything about money and settings is in “My profile”.

What is in “My profile”

• Available balance — money you can pay for orders with.
• On hold — funds that are still being checked and will become available soon.
• “Top up” and “Withdraw” — see Topping up and Withdrawals.
• “Referrals” — your link and income from invited users, see Referral program.
• “Promo codes” — activate a promo code, see Promo codes and promo balance.
• “Transactions” — the history of all operations: top-ups, withdrawals, order payments, income, refunds, transfers, referral bonuses.
• “Settings” — account options.

Account settings

• Profile: public or private. With a public profile you are shown as the owner in your bots' cards; a private profile hides you.
• Currency: ₽ or $. Used for new orders, top-ups, and withdrawals. Existing operations are not converted.
• Language: Russian or English. Changes the MGRAM interface language. Texts of your posts and bots are not translated.
• Transfer balance — send money to another MGRAM user by their Telegram ID, see MGRAM balance.

Web panel on the website

1. Open mgram.biz and click “Log in”.
2. Confirm the login in Telegram — the web panel opens with the same account.
3. The panel has Overview, My bots, Orders, Balance, Audience, and Settings.

The web panel is handy on a computer; everything you do there is instantly visible in the bot and vice versa.
