Promo codes and promo balance

Promo codes give a balance bonus or an order discount. Activate them in @mgram_robot → “My profile” → “Promo codes”.

Types of promo codes

• Balance bonus — the amount is credited immediately as promo funds. The bot shows “Promo code activated!” and how much was credited.
• Order discount — a percentage discount applies to your next order. The discount is shown on the order confirmation screen.

How to activate

1. “My profile” → “Promo codes”.
2. Enter the promo code.
3. Done — the bonus is on your balance, or the discount waits for your next order.

Promo funds rules

• They can fully pay for any MGRAM orders.
• They are spent first.
• They can't be withdrawn or transferred to another user.
• Promo funds can't pay for ads in your own bots.
• If an order paid with promo funds is refunded, that part returns to the promo balance.

Promo code rules

• Each promo code can be used only once.
• Only one discount can be active at a time — use it first.
• A promo code may have an expiry date and an activation limit.
