Slots and sending time

When a broadcast starts and how to choose the day and slots.

Updated October 16, 20262 min read1 view

Broadcasts start in slots — fixed hours in Moscow time. The slot determines when the bots start sending your post.

Available slots

Slots run every two hours: 00:00, 02:00, 04:00, 06:00, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, and 22:00 MSK (UTC+3).

Each bot owner chooses which slots their bot accepts broadcasts in. So different slots have different available audiences.

How to choose

  1. At the broadcast slots step, choose the day: “Today” or “Tomorrow”.
  2. Select one or two slots — no more than two per order.
  3. The bot shows how many recipients are available in the chosen slots.

Good to know

  • Today only slots that haven't started yet are available. If there are no slots left for today, the bot switches the day to “Tomorrow” automatically.
  • Two slots give a larger audience: different bots work in different slots.
  • A broadcast doesn't go out instantly: bots send messages at a limited speed, and a large order can take a while.
  • While the order is “Scheduled”, the card shows how long until it starts.

If the post is in moderation

Moderation of a new post takes up to 24 hours. If it ends when the chosen slot has already come, the broadcast starts right after approval — the bot sends a “The broadcast is starting right now” notification. To get the ad out at exactly the right hour, submit the post in advance.

Choosing the time

  • Evening slots are usually the most active for entertainment topics.
  • Daytime slots suit business offers.
  • Test several slots with small orders and compare CTR in analytics.
