Order analytics

Delivery, clicks, CTR, audience, and the order report.

Updated October 16, 20262 min read1 view

Every order has a card in the bot and detailed analytics in the mini app. Data updates in real time while the order runs.

Where to open it

“My orders” → the order. The card shows the status, parameters, and finances; the “Analytics” button opens the detailed report.

Broadcasts

The card and report show:

  • Messages ordered, Delivered, Not delivered, and Delivery rate;
  • sending progress and the broadcast date;
  • Total cost, Price per message, and Shortfall refund, if any.

Analytics also shows:

  • clicks and CTR for every button and link — if tracking was enabled;
  • audience geography and recipient profile features: share of Premium, profiles with a photo, bio, and gifts;
  • how MGRAM understood your post's topic;
  • the list of bots the broadcast went through.

File with recipient IDs

After the broadcast is completed, you can get a file with recipient IDs — it arrives in the chat with the bot.

Reply Ads

In the order card:

  • Shown — how many times the ad was delivered;
  • Clicks and CTR;
  • Average cost per click;
  • Charged and Refunded;
  • the current Impression limit.

Subscribers and launches

  • Subscribed or Started — confirmed actions;
  • Unsubscribed — those who left the channel within 24 hours; the money for them was returned;
  • charges and the remaining budget.

How to read the numbers

  • CTR = clicks ÷ delivered messages or impressions × 100%.
  • Cost per click = amount spent ÷ number of clicks. Compare formats and posts by this number.
  • A low delivery rate usually means some recipients have blocked the bots — money for undelivered messages is refunded.

Complaints

If something is wrong with a completed broadcast, analytics has “Report the broadcast” — see Order complaints.
