Maintenance

Sometimes MGRAM updates or temporarily restricts some features — for maintenance, security, and abuse prevention.

What it looks like

• The bot shows a “Maintenance” screen: “We're updating MGRAM to make the service more stable and faster”.
• The “Join the chat” button leads to @mgram_chat, where the maintenance status is posted.
• The website may show a maintenance page meanwhile.

What happens to orders and money

• Your balance, orders, posts, and bots are kept.
• Scheduled broadcasts, Reply Ads, and subscriptions continue after the maintenance ends.
• If something couldn't be delivered because of the maintenance, the usual shortfall and refund rules apply.

What to do

• Nothing: wait for the maintenance to end; it's usually short.
• Don't make repeated payments — a top-up started before the maintenance is credited after it.
• Follow the news in @mgram_channel and @mgram_chat.

Access restrictions

For rule violations, access to some features or to the whole account can be restricted — the bot shows an “Access restricted” message. If you think it's a mistake, contact Support.
