How to contact support
- Open @mgram_robot.
- Tap “Support” in the main menu.
- Describe the issue: the order number or bot name, what happened, and when. Screenshots help us answer faster.
Answers to common questions are in this Knowledge Base, and MGRAM AI answers in seconds — the “Ask AI” button at the top of the page.
Where to follow news
- Updates, new features, and important changes are posted in @mgram_channel.
- During maintenance the bot shows a maintenance screen with a link to @mgram_chat, where the status is posted.
How not to get scammed
- MGRAM staff never message you first asking to send money, a bot token, a Telegram code, or a password.
- Top up only via the “Top up” button in the bot — payment details are created there for each payment.
- Check the address: the official bot is only @mgram_robot, the website is only mgram.biz.
If someone claims to be MGRAM staff and asks for a token, a code, or money, it's a scammer. Report them to Support.
