Privacy Policy
What data MGRAM processes, why, and how it is protected.
This policy explains what data MGRAM processes when you use the @mgram_robot bot, its mini apps, the web panel, the mgram.biz website, and the API, what it is needed for, and how it is protected. The use of the service is also governed by the Terms of Service.
1. What data we receive
From you and from Telegram
- Telegram ID, name, username, language, and the authorization data Telegram provides when you start the bot or log into the website.
- Account settings: language, currency, profile visibility.
- Materials you send to MGRAM: ad posts, media, buttons and links, support requests.
Orders and money
- Orders, their parameters and results.
- Balance, transaction history, top-ups, withdrawals, transfers, and referral credits.
- Wallet addresses and details you provide for withdrawals.
Bank card and payment account details are processed by the chosen payment provider — MGRAM doesn't receive them.
If you are a bot owner
- Data of the connected bot: username, category, settings, and statistics. The bot token is stored only to operate the bot and is never shown in the interface.
- The bot's audience: Telegram IDs of the bot's users and the profile features available to the bot — for example, language, Premium status, photo, bio, and gifts. This data is needed to deliver ads and match the right audience.
If you use a bot connected to MGRAM
We process your Telegram ID, profile features, and interaction signals: delivery of ad messages, link clicks, channel subscriptions, and bot launches from ads. You can stop receiving ads in a bot by blocking that bot.
Website and web panel
- Technical request data: IP address, browser type, page address, and time.
- Secure cookies for logging into the web panel.
- Browser local storage: the site language, the MGRAM AI chat history of the current session, and a random identifier for visit statistics.
- Visit statistics of the website and the Knowledge Base: pages opened, where the visit came from, device and browser type, country and city (derived from the IP address), and time on the page. MGRAM collects them itself, with no third-party counters; the IP address itself is not stored and are not linked to your Telegram account.
- Questions you ask MGRAM AI in the Knowledge Base.
- Visits through ad links like mgram.biz/… — to count clicks for the advertiser.
2. What the data is used for
- Login and running the account and interface.
- Fulfilling orders: audience matching, ad delivery, counting impressions, clicks, and subscriptions.
- Settlements: charges, refunds, credits to bot owners and referrers, payouts.
- Ad moderation and protection against fraud, fake activity, and abuse.
- Statistics for advertisers and bot owners.
- User support and MGRAM AI answers.
- Stable operation, security, and development of the service.
3. Automated processing
- Ad posts are checked automatically: topic, language, and possible violations are detected. The final decision on a post is made by moderators.
- Account activity is checked automatically so that farm actions are not paid.
- MGRAM AI answers are generated automatically from the Knowledge Base. Don't send passwords, codes, or other personal data to the chat.
4. Who data is shared with
- Telegram — the service works inside Telegram and through its API.
- Payment providers and blockchain networks — for top-ups and withdrawals, to the extent needed for the payment.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, website protection and delivery, AI services for moderation and MGRAM AI answers, account activity check services — only to run these features.
- Advertisers receive statistics on their orders and, for a completed broadcast, the list of its recipients' Telegram IDs.
- Bot owners see audience statistics of their bot.
- Publicly visible are bot cards in the catalog, the bot owner if their profile is public, and reviews.
- Government authorities — only when required by law.
MGRAM doesn't sell personal data.
5. Retention
Data is kept as long as it's needed to run the service. Financial data — transactions, orders, and payouts — is kept longer because it's needed for settlements and reporting. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.
6. Protection
- Access to data is restricted and granted only to those who need it for work.
- Connections to the website and API are protected with HTTPS.
- Bot tokens and API keys are not shown in the interface.
- What you can do — see Account security.
7. Your rights
- View your data — in “My profile”, “My bots”, “My orders”, and “Transactions”.
- Change settings, make your profile private, delete posts and bots.
- Request deletion of your account and data — through Support. Data that must be kept for settlements, reporting, or by law may be retained.
- Revoke access to your bot — delete the bot from MGRAM or change its token in @BotFather.
8. Changes to the policy
The policy may be updated when platform features, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with the update date.
9. Contacts
