MGRAM balance
What the balance consists of, currency, history, and transfers.
Your account has one shared balance: it pays for orders and receives bot income, refunds, and referral bonuses. The balance and all operations are in “My profile”.
What the balance consists of

- Promo funds are spent first when paying for orders.
- How much you can withdraw right now is shown on the withdrawal screen as “Available to withdraw”.
- Referral bonuses accumulate separately and can be moved to the main balance — see Referral program.
Currency
In “My profile” → “Settings” → “Currency” you can choose ₽ or $. The currency is used for new orders, top-ups, and withdrawals. Existing operations are not converted. With dollars, the rate is fixed at the moment of each operation.
Operation history
“My profile” → “Transactions” — all money movements: top-ups, withdrawals, order payments, income, refunds, transfers, fees, and referral bonuses. Tap an operation to see its amount, date, type, and ID.
Transfer to another user
- “My profile” → “Settings” → “Transfer balance”.
- Enter the recipient's Telegram ID — they must be registered in MGRAM.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
- Only withdrawable funds can be transferred — promo funds can't.
- You can't transfer to yourself.
- The recipient immediately gets a “You received …” notification.
A transfer can't be undone. Check the recipient's Telegram ID before confirming.
If the balance doesn't add up
Open “Transactions” — every charge and credit is there. If an operation is unclear, contact Support and include the transaction ID.
