How to enable and set up Reply Ads

Step by step on the bot's screens: where to turn on ads in your bot's replies and what to set up.

Reply Ads are ads in your bot's replies: a person writes to the bot, the bot replies as usual, and a short ad post follows. You get 70% of the price of every confirmed impression — 84 ₽ per 1,000 impressions at the base price.

Before you start

  • The bot is connected to MGRAM with a token and has passed moderation — its card shows “Active”. How to connect it — How to add a bot.
  • The bot has at least 50 users. Until then the switch remembers your choice, and Reply Ads turn on by themselves once the audience grows.

How to turn on Reply Ads

Open “My bots”

Send /start to @mgram_robot and tap “My bots” in the main menu. The number in brackets is how many bots you have connected.

Choose the bot

Tap the bot you need. The icon on the left is its status: green — “Active”, yellow — “In review”, red — “Rejected”.

Turn on “Reply Ads”

Tap “Reply Ads”: the icon on the button turns green and the description shows “Status: Enabled”. Done — the bot starts receiving Reply Ads orders.

How it works

When a user writes to your bot, they receive an ad message along with the bot's reply. The income for every confirmed impression goes to your balance.

  1. Moderation — review every new order manually before the ad appears in your bot. Details — Manual order moderation.
  2. Own campaigns — let your own Reply Ads orders use this bot.
  3. Topics — block ads of specific topics. The number on the button is how many topics are blocked.
  4. Casino — casino and betting ads: a green icon — allowed, red — blocked.
  5. 18+ — adult ads: a green icon — allowed, red — blocked.
  6. UA resources — ads in Ukrainian.

Every block reduces the number of matching orders, and so your income.

A person writes to the bot, the bot replies as usual, and an ad post follows — as a reply to the message or as a separate message. One person sees Reply Ads no more than once every 60 minutes.

Where to see income

  • In the bot card — today's earnings and total earnings.
  • In “Bot statistics” — income by day.

If there are no Reply Ads

  • The bot has fewer than 50 users.
  • There are no orders that match your bot's audience and restrictions right now.
  • The bot is in review or paused — check the status in the bot card.
