Service audience verification

A periodic activity check of connected bots' audiences.

Updated October 16, 20261 min read3 views

To make sure advertisers pay only for a live audience, MGRAM periodically checks how active the users of connected bots are.

What it is

No more than once per calendar month, MGRAM may run a service broadcast to the entire available audience of a connected bot.

Why

  • Check audience activity.
  • Find unreachable and inactive recipients — for example, those who blocked the bot.
  • Remove stale data so advertisers don't pay for “dead” contacts and the bot doesn't lose orders due to low deliverability.

What owners should know

  • A service broadcast happens no more than once per calendar month.
  • It's done for technical purposes at MGRAM's discretion.
  • After the check, the available audience in MGRAM may shrink — it means inactive recipients were excluded. More — Bot audience and activity checks.

This condition is described in the Terms of Service — by connecting a bot, the owner agrees to it.
