How broadcasts work

A broadcast sends your post to users of connected bots as a regular Telegram message — with text, a photo or GIF, and buttons. It's the fastest way to get a big reach by a specific time.

How to place a broadcast

1. “My orders” → “Create a new order” → “Ad broadcasts”.
2. Broadcast parameters. Choose the mode — “SMART broadcast” (recommended) or “Regular” — and turn on “Click tracking” to see clicks.
3. Post. Choose a ready post or create a new one.
4. Topics. In regular mode, choose up to 3 bot topics or “Entire audience”. In SMART this step is skipped — topics are matched to the post.
5. Audience filters. GEO, star level, Premium, verification, avatar, bio, gifts. The bot immediately shows how many recipients are available.
6. Slots. Choose the day — “Today” or “Tomorrow” — and up to two slots, see Slots and sending time.
7. Number of messages. Enter a number or tap “Max messages” or “Entire balance”.
8. Confirmation. Check the parameters and cost and tap “Confirm order”.

What happens after payment

1. The order is created and the amount is reserved on your balance. Status — “Selecting audience”; you can close the screen.
2. If the post is new, the order goes to moderation — up to 24 hours.
3. After approval the order waits for its slot with the “Scheduled” status.
4. In the chosen slot the bots send the post; status — “Running”.
5. When it's done, you get an “Order completed” notification with a link to the details.

Pricing

Order cost = number of messages × (price per message + surcharges). The bot shows the total before confirmation.

Example

10,000 messages of a regular broadcast with geo and Premium filters: 10,000 × (0.03 + 2 × 0.01) ₽.

Pay only for what is delivered

• The amount is reserved at checkout, and money for messages that couldn't be delivered is returned.
• If there aren't enough matching recipients, you can return the rest or wait for top-up sending — see Shortfall and refunds.

What the user sees

The post arrives in the chat of a bot the person uses, as a regular message: text, media, and buttons. Some bots add a “#Реклама” (ad) label under the ad.

Cancelling

A broadcast can't be cancelled from the order card. If the order hasn't started yet and needs to be stopped, contact Support with the order number. Money for a cancelled order returns to your balance.
