Anti-fraud
How MGRAM protects advertisers and owners from farms and fake activity.
MGRAM checks users and bots so advertisers pay only for a live audience and honest bot owners don't compete with fake activity.
What counts as fake activity
- Farms — accounts created in batches for fake subscriptions, launches, and impressions.
- Burst activity — dozens of identical actions within seconds in one bot.
- Cloned bots and bots with a bought dead audience.
- Any way of getting paid for actions not performed by real people.
How it works for advertisers
- Subscriptions, launches, and Reply Ads impressions from farms are not paid — nothing is charged from your balance for them.
- Reply Ads, subscriber, and launch orders have a “Fraud protection” setting:
- “Show without payment” (default) — suspicious accounts see the ad for free;
- “Don't show” — such accounts don't get the ad.
- If an order's results look suspicious, submit an order complaint or contact Support.
How it works for bot owners
- No income is paid for actions of farms.
- Some payouts can be “On hold” for a few minutes while an account is checked. After the check, the money arrives as usual.
- If mass fake activity is noticed in a bot, its mandatory subscriptions, Reply Ads, and tasks are stopped pending review.
- If fake activity is confirmed, the bot is blocked, and income earned from it is taken back and returned to advertisers.
How to avoid restrictions
- Don't buy “real users” for your bot from dubious services.
- Don't connect bots with a bought or dead base.
- Don't complete tasks yourself in bulk or ask friends to do it.
- If your bot suddenly gets many new users, contact Support in advance — it helps sort things out faster.
If a bot was stopped by mistake
Contact Support with the bot name. Explain where the users came from: ads, partners, links. After a review, restrictions are lifted if fake activity is not confirmed.
