Withdrawals
How to withdraw your Telegram bot earnings: CryptoBot or USDT on TON, minimum 500 ₽, fee 5%, timing.
You can withdraw bot income, refunds, and top-ups — everything except promo funds: @mgram_robot → “My profile” → “Withdraw”.
Terms
| What | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum amount | 500 ₽ or the equivalent in your currency |
| Fee | 5% of the withdrawal amount |
| Methods | CryptoBot, USDT on TON |
MGRAM doesn't withdraw to bank cards: withdraw to CryptoBot and move the money from there.
How to withdraw
- Tap “Withdraw” and choose a method.
- Choose the amount to debit from your balance — buttons from 500 to 5,000 ₽ — or enter your own.
- For USDT (TON), send your TON wallet address.
- Check the confirmation screen: “Debited from balance”, “To be paid” after the fee, and “Balance after withdrawal”.
- Confirm the withdrawal.
Methods
CryptoBot
The money arrives on your CryptoBot balance right away. After the withdrawal the bot shows an “Open CryptoBot” button.
USDT on TON
USDT is sent to the given address after the transaction is confirmed on the network. After the withdrawal the bot shows an “Open transaction” button.
Double-check the address: blockchain transfers are irreversible. The asset is USDT, the network is TON. An exchange address must support USDT on TON.
Exchange rate
For withdrawals in a dollar equivalent, the rate is fixed at confirmation. If the rate has updated, the bot asks you to confirm again — your balance is not debited meanwhile.
Statuses
- “Withdrawal completed!” — the money has been sent.
- “Request sent for processing” — the withdrawal is in progress; you'll get a notification with the result.
- “Withdrawal request rejected” — the money returns to your balance, and the notification explains why.
Why a withdrawal fails
- The amount is below the minimum, or the payout is too small after the fee.
- Part of the balance is promo funds: they can't be withdrawn, see Promo codes and promo balance.
- Part of the income is still on hold — it will become available later.
- Withdrawals are temporarily unavailable — try again later.
