Pause when the balance runs out
What happens when money runs out and how to resume Reply Ads.
Reply Ads are paid after each impression. When the balance doesn't cover the next impression, the order stops — your balance never goes negative.
What happens
- New impressions are no longer assigned; the order status is “Stopped”.
- Impressions already delivered stay in the stats and are paid.
- The order itself, its settings, and its limit are kept.
How to resume
- Top up: “My profile” → “Top up”. See Topping up.
- Open the order in “My orders”.
- Tap “Start”.
The order doesn't restart by itself after a top-up — resuming is always your call. This way you fully control spending.
Top up right from the order
If the balance is short when starting or changing settings, the bot shows a “Top up” button with the missing amount. The order parameters are kept for 15 minutes, and after payment the bot brings you back to the same order.
Other reasons for a stop
| Status | Reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Stopped | You tapped “Stop” or the balance ran out | Top up if needed and tap “Start” |
| Fulfilled | The impression limit is reached | “Add impressions” and start again |
| Expired | The chosen display period has ended | Change the “Period” in settings and start |
| Ready | The balance was topped up or settings were saved | Tap “Start” |
To keep the ads running, keep at least a day's worth of the order's spending on your balance: the order card shows how many impressions the balance covers.
