Topping up

To top up: @mgram_robot → “My profile” → “Top up”. Money is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed.

Methods and fees

GRAM and USDT on TON are grouped under the “Crypto” button. The bot shows each method's fee on the button and in the invoice before payment. If a method is temporarily disabled, choose another one.

How to top up

1. Tap “Top up” and choose a method.
2. Choose an amount — from 500 to 25,000 ₽ with buttons — or tap “Enter your own amount”. The minimum is 100 ₽.
3. Check the payment details: top-up amount, fee, amount to pay, and amount to be credited.
4. Pay the invoice.

CryptoBot, xRocket, Laveshka, SBP

The bot creates an invoice and sends a payment button. After payment the balance is topped up automatically, and you get a “Balance topped up” notification.

GRAM and USDT on TON

1. The bot shows an address and a transfer comment.
2. Send the exact amount to this address with this comment.
3. For USDT choose the TON network specifically.
4. The balance is topped up after the transfer is confirmed on the network.

Topping up right from an order

If the balance is short when placing an order, the bot shows “Top up” with the missing amount. The order parameters are kept for 15 minutes: pay, and the bot brings you back to the same order. If the 15 minutes expire, the money still stays on your balance — just place the order again.

If the money didn't arrive

• Wait a few minutes: some methods don't confirm payments instantly.
• For TON, check that you included the comment and used the right network.
• If more than an hour has passed, contact Support: method, amount, time, and the transaction ID if available.
