Terms of Service
Rules for using MGRAM for advertisers and bot owners.
These terms govern the use of the MGRAM platform: the @mgram_robot bot, its mini apps, the web panel and the mgram.biz website, and the MGRAM API. By starting to use the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
- MGRAM, the service — a platform for advertising in Telegram bots and monetizing their audiences.
- User — anyone who uses MGRAM.
- Advertiser — a user who places ads.
- Bot owner — a user who connected their Telegram bot to MGRAM.
- Post — an ad message: text, a photo or GIF, and buttons.
- Order — an ad placement with a chosen post, audience, and volume: a broadcast, Reply Ads, subscribers, or launches.
- Balance — the user's internal account in MGRAM.
2. Account
- The account is created when you first start @mgram_robot and is tied to your Telegram account. Website login is confirmed through Telegram.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram secure and for all actions taken from your account.
- Transferring accounts, using other people's accounts, and creating accounts to bypass restrictions are prohibited.
- You confirm that you are allowed to use the service under the laws of your country.
3. What MGRAM provides
- Advertising tools: broadcasts, Reply Ads, channel or chat subscribers, bot launches.
- Bot monetization: broadcasts, Reply Ads, mandatory subscriptions, and tasks via the API.
- The bot catalog, VIP promotion, statistics, tools, and the API.
The service is provided as available. Features, interface, and rates may change; the current cost is always shown in the interface before payment.
4. Rules for advertisers
- You are responsible for the ad content, links, and the advertised goods and services, and for complying with the law and Telegram's rules.
- Ads are moderated. MGRAM may reject a post or order and stop running ads if they violate the placement rules.
- Casino, betting, and 18+ ads are placed only with the matching mark and only in bots whose owners allowed them.
- MGRAM doesn't guarantee a specific advertising result: the number of clicks, subscriptions, sales, or CTR.
5. Rules for bot owners
- Connect only bots you are entitled to manage. A bot token is given only through @mgram_robot.
- By connecting a bot, you allow MGRAM to send ads and service messages to the bot's users according to your settings and to run the service audience verification (section 10).
- You are responsible for complying with Telegram's rules and the law in your bot.
- Fake activity, farms, artificial engagement, cloned bots, and bought audiences are prohibited. On violation, MGRAM may exclude the bot from orders, stop ads in it, hold or take back income earned in violation, and return it to advertisers.
- The owner receives a share of the price of placements in their bot — currently 70%. Details — How monetization works.
6. Payment, balance, and refunds
- The order cost and how it is charged are shown before confirmation. Rates are set in rubles; if the $ currency is chosen, amounts are converted at the rate at the time of the operation.
- The balance is topped up via the payment methods available in the bot. The method's fee is shown before payment.
- Refunds depend on the format. Money returns to the balance for undelivered broadcast messages, unused budget, and subscriptions cancelled within 24 hours. Bot launches are not refunded. Details — Shortfall and refunds.
- Promo funds can be spent on orders but can't be withdrawn or transferred to another user.
- Withdrawals are available via CryptoBot or in USDT on TON from 500 ₽ with a 5% fee. Blockchain transfers are irreversible — check the details.
- Balance transfers to other users are irreversible.
- You are responsible for paying taxes on your income.
7. Prohibited
- Fraud, phishing, and spreading malicious links.
- Fake activity and any attempt to get paid for actions not performed by real people.
- Attempts to withdraw promo funds in violation of the rules, including through your own bots.
- Interfering with the service, bypassing restrictions, and automated access to the interface bypassing the API.
- Ads prohibited by law or Telegram's rules.
8. API
- API keys are issued to work with your bots and account. Keep them secret — actions taken with a key are considered yours.
- MGRAM may limit the request rate and revoke keys in case of abuse.
9. Restrictions and blocking
- MGRAM may temporarily restrict some features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or to comply with the requirements of platforms and payment providers.
- On violation of these terms, MGRAM may restrict access to some features or to the whole account. Funds obtained in violation of the terms may be taken back and returned to the affected party.
10. Service audience verification
No more than once per calendar month, MGRAM may run a service broadcast to the entire available audience of a connected bot to check audience activity, identify unreachable or inactive recipients, clean up stale data, and maintain platform quality. Such a broadcast is done for technical purposes at MGRAM's discretion. Details — Service audience verification.
11. Liability
- MGRAM is not liable for outages of Telegram, payment providers, and blockchain networks, or for the consequences of actions of users and third parties.
- MGRAM is not liable for advertisers' ad content or their goods and services.
- Disputes are first resolved through MGRAM support.
12. Changes to the terms
The terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version is published on this page with the update date. By continuing to use MGRAM after changes, you agree to the new version.
